How it works
Pick a template or add blocks from the toolbar. Click a block on the page to edit its text and options, drag blocks to reorder them, and adjust the page size, font and accent color. When you are done, press Print / PDF.

Is Sarah’s Form Lab really free?
Yes. Every tool is free, with no account, no watermark and no limits on use.
Are my documents uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything runs locally in your browser. Your draft is kept only in this browser’s storage, and nothing is sent to a server.
How do I save my form as a PDF?
Press Print / PDF and choose “Save as PDF” as the destination in your browser’s print dialog. Page size, orientation and margins follow your Page settings.
Can I edit a template later?
Yes. Use Save template (JSON) in the Export section, then load the file again whenever you want to keep working on it.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Add a Logo / Image block and upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF. Large images are resized automatically.
